PORTFOLIO

SWAMP ATTACK

SWAMP ATTACK is an immensely popular (150+ million downloads) tower-defense tactical shooter game published by Outfit7 and available for iOS and Android. Our team worked to revitalize a four-year-old game to bring it to new heights. And we nailed it! 

We have created creative concepts for new levels and episodes, along with new game modes and events. We worked on new engine migration (native C++/SDL), implemented additional analytics for events, and new GDPR changes. Our job was to upgrade and integrate additional ad libraries, new enemies, weapons, and bosses, and last but not least, successfully prepare builds for publishing on the Chinese market.

Of course, this was done under our product and project management, project scheduling, resource planning, and risk management. 

Outcome: +30% increase in active users compared to previous two years , +10% increase in ARPPU, and +15% increase in retention for 3, 7 and 14 days.  

TALKING TOM CAMP

TALKING TOM CAMP is a mobile builder game published by Outfit7. 
It was the most complex and only mid-core game published under the Talking Tom and Friends franchise, with more than 20 million downloads.
We were responsible for transfer from an old to a new engine, and for rewriting the game code to native C++ and SDL. Also, we did complete project planning and management.

It was published on iOS, Android platforms, but it is not available in stores anymore.

DIESEL PUNKS

DIESEL PUNKS is our upcoming co-op shooter game, currently in prototype phase.

We are responsible for the complete development process: system architecture & design, core gameplay, level design, concept art, UI/UX, sound & music, narrative, etc.

 

POCKET CARDS

POCKET CARDS is a poker game, currently in development. We are responsible for design, animations, VFX, architecture & design, core gameplay, multiplayer, UI/UX, sound & music, analytics, etc.

 

FOREST FUN

FOREST FUN is our prototype of a board-game-made-digital where you have to gather most resources based on predicting who will be the first to run over the other players all the way to the end.

Luka Alfier
Software Engineer

Luka used to be a mechanical engineer but got bored with piping and decided he wants
to do software development. Since then he worked on Swamp Attack, Talking Tom Camp and several other smaller game projects
and prototyping sessions. He has an eye for catching details in games and understanding inner workings perfectly. He also likes to torture himself quite often with permadeath in rogue-likes.

Dusan Zica
Narrative / Marketing

Dusan is a senior narrative designer and marketing creative director (creative marketing strategist) with 15 years of experience in multi-platform and transmedia storytelling. He is a constant inspiration and source of new ideas and stories to tell.

Marijan Franovic
CEO / Product Management / Project Management / Sales / Coffee Maker

Marijan is experienced project manager and consultant with love for good world building, RPG, rogue-like and platformer games. He has been managing IT and game development projects for more than 20 years, which
included projects for 2nd largest banks in Poland and Czech Republic and games like Swamp Attack and Talking Tom.
